Please Help Roo

Poor Roo!!!! Roo was found by a wonderful woman who was out delivering mail and saw poor Roo, starved and malnourished and abandoned on the side of the road. she quickly rushed him to the vet. Roo has a severe case of Carpal Subluxation Syndrome due to malnutrition- he is essentially walking on his "wrists" which have folded under giving his legs a flipper like look. He can not bend his paws as they have fused.He looks like a small child trying to walk in clown shoes. Roo also has a pretty bad case of Demodex mange. Poor baby, Poor Roo.Despite this, Roo can "walk", run and jump- but we are doing everything we can to help him "get back on his feet". Roo needs your help- and your donations.
